We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and offer exchanges as well. Please review the details below for our return, refund, and exchange policy.

We accept returns and exchanges from the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, and Czech Republic.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Condition: New and unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: We offer a 30 day return window for returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at nmds.club@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as personalized or special order items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    Please note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must still be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
